1. Fill out the form: We'll be in touch shortly to setup a 30 minute conference call or video chat to review your project needs and establish timelines. 

2. Pay retainer: A 50% retainer is needed to start a project. Once received, we will establish timelines.

3. Version 1: You'll get your first comp upon which you need to provide feedback in the timeline given in order for the deadline to be properly hit. All edits need to be given at this time. 

4. Review version 2: You'll get your updated graphics with all revision requests implemented.

5. Final payment: The remainder of your balance is due upon approval of the final comp. 

6: Files released: You'll be sent your final assets!

Design Brief- During our consultation we ask questions that help pinpoint the best communication tools to fulfill your goals. All designers agree that the initial accumulation of information from the client is the most important step. This is where you must, as clearly as possible, establish the design brief.

Research- After creating the design brief, getting to know your businesses is the next crucial step in making a design successful. Research includes general reading on the industry itself, sometimes on its history, and on its competitors.

Visual Research- This is research not into the clients business, but into the actual style. This is where we seek out a look, a style, an approach or attitude, usually to attain a period or style that we are unfamiliar with, or to refresh ourselves with what is new or successful. Ex. Find logos of similar business’ and critique them. This is where you look for inspiration to develop a mood board. For example, "why do I like this logo and dislike that one?” We do this to gain a better understanding of the industry and competition.

Sketch + Conceptualize + Create- Developing the design concept(s) is where creativity comes into play, this is where the design is created by using the design brief and the research conducted.

Present + Revise- Your opinion really does matter. Once your design is created, we will go over each detail with you to make sure we are on the right track and moving in the same creative direction. Suddenly remember an important detail that needs to be included? No problem–change happens. Keep us in the loop and we'll make the necessary changes within project scope.

Deliver- Your design is complete! But we don't stop there. Whether you need a digital file or finished prints, we deliver directly to your inbox and/or your front door. There is never a need for you to handle printing unless you want to. Remember to mention any print services required in the initial questionnaire.
